The basic principle of the Extend series of large machines is increased production through customization of the machines to the needs of the customer.

Fully automatic work flows are indispensable to modern production. Besides high accuracy for positioning and repeatability, Extend series automatic saws offer simple, uncomplicated operation that allows even the smallest lot sizes to be run efficiently and completely automatically.

Our present range is made of 30 models whose cutting capacity goes from Ø 220 mm up to Ø 630 mm together with a complete set of solutions for material handling. In all these years the basic concepts of our machines have always been the same: quality, solidity and reliability. Even today, our new models, introduced at the end of last year, have these same characteristics and the changes they present are simply the consequence of technological progress.

Manual:

Polishing Machines
This machine performs the polishing of bevels with 25 mm. width and angles between 20º to 45º been able to adjust the depth of the cut.

Beveler – Bevels
We offers a wide range known as CHP-7, CHP-12, CHP-12 INV, as well as CHP-12G, CHP-12G REV., CHP-21G and CHP-21G INV., the latter being adjustable frmo 20º to 45º.

The CHP-7 is the smallest machine, it is versatile and easy to use because of its reduced weight. It is the ideal option for lighter gauge materials including aluminium. This machine performs 1,6 m/min. bevel to receive welding seams with 6 mm. depth in plates up to 16 mm. thickness and 40Kg/mm2 strenght.

The CHP-12 is the most universal machine because it covers 80% of the applications for its type. It is versatile, adaptable and is easily transported on its own trolley. This machine performs 2,6 m/min. bevel to receive welding seams with 12 mm. depth in plates up to 40 mm. thickness and 40Kg/mm2 strenght.

The CHP-12 INV is the inverted version of most universal machine, the CHP-12. It is versatile, adaptable, easily transported on its own trolley and ready to make bevels on the lower part of the plates. This machine performs 2,6 m/min. bevel to receive welding seams with 12 mm. depth in plates up to 40 mm. thickness and 40Kg/mm2 strenght.

The CHP-21G is the largest machine in the range. It is suitable for heavy gauge materials and its robust construction will give many years of service. It is easy to use and transport as the smaller models.
